Our Story
Tank Garage Winery started from a simple conviction: great wine doesn't need a fancy facility — it needs patience, precision, and people who actually care about the craft.
Located on 13th Street in Paso Robles, we focus on small-batch production where every decision — from fruit selection to barrel choice to aging timeline — is made with intention rather than volume. Our name reflects that ethos: industrial spirit, winemaking soul.
Limited production means we know every tank, every barrel, and every decision that goes into the bottle.
We work with fruit from select Paso Robles vineyards — old-vine Zinfandel, Rhône varietals, and premium Cabernet blocks.
Our barrel program is central to our identity. French and American oak, varied toast levels, different cooperages — it all matters.
Our Wines
Each release is crafted to express the character of Paso Robles terroir — bold, structured, and unmistakably ours.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged 18 months in French oak. Dark cherry, blackberry, espresso, and a hint of vanilla. Structured tannins with a long, warm finish.
Zinfandel
From pre-prohibition era vines. Jammy blackberry, pepper, licorice, and a smoky backbone. Medium-full body with surprising elegance.
Rhône Blend
Syrah-led with Grenache and Mourvèdre. Black olive, smoked meat, blueberry, and a mineral edge. Savory, complex, and built for the table.
Rosé
Bone dry, not sweet. Strawberry, citrus pith, and a flinty minerality. Crisp acidity with a saline finish — made for summer, but serious enough for any occasion.
These are our current releases. We produce limited quantities, so availability varies by vintage.
